REGISTRATION
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this event will be held virtually. In
order to make it easier for people to attend amidst their busy work
schedules, the event will be spread over 5 half-days between February 16
-24, 2021. To accommodate attendees across the country, we have
designed the agenda to reflect times in the morning for the Pacific time
zone and in the afternoon for the Eastern time zone. All times listed below are Eastern Standard Time. Please adjust for your local time zone. View the agenda for more details.
Please note that conference registration fees include the Main Conference sessions scheduled on February 17-24, 2021. Additional pre-conference workshops are scheduled on February 16, the day prior to the main conference. Additional fees apply for pre-conference workshops. All vendor demos (covered entities only) and networking opportunities and exhibit hall hours on February 16 are open to all attendees.

Early-bird registration fees have been extended until
January 11, 2021. Registration will remain open throughout the event. The final registration deadline is
February 24, 2021. Registration fees are per person and logins will be limited to one per registered attendee.

EXHIBITORS: If you are a company that is interested in exhibiting, the prospectus will be available shortly. The prospectus will include information on reserving a booth, registering attendees, sponsorship opportunities, and much more. CHARITY FUNDRAISER: It is important to us to give back to our community during our events and we do not want to give that up because we cannot meet in-person. Please consider donating to our charity fundraiser in lieu of the Annual Fun Run/Walk.
You can make your $25 donation while registering for the event. If you are a company and you would like to be a sponsor of the Fundraiser, please click here . 100% of the participant and sponsorship fees collected are donated to our charity partner.
REFUND POLICY: The registration fee is refundable up to January 25, 2021. All requests for a refund prior to January 25, 2021 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on registration fees after January 25, 2021 although you can send a replacement from your organization or company. Please notify us at events@340bhealth.org if you send a replacement to this conference.
PHOTO RELEASE: From time to time, we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the 340B Coalition Conference, the 340B Coalition reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.
