Each new year brings a new set of opportunities and challenges for those involved with the 340B drug pricing program. Covered entities adapt 340B initiatives to continue helping their patients access vital health care. Program experts seek out the best new ways to provide consultation and support to entities seeking to maximize the patient benefit. And all of us dedicated to the future of 340B stay diligent in our efforts to preserve and protect it for years to come.

2020 will be no exception. 340B will continue to be an area of intense interest for those within the health care system and those who are tasked with overseeing it.

We will be discussing the implications of this dynamic environment for all stakeholders when we convene in San Diego on February 10-12 for the 340B Coalition Winter Conference. The conference is a must-attend event for health care providers, pharmacies, service companies, drug manufacturers, government officials, and others who are concerned about providing quality care to low-income and rural patients while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Conference sessions will provide attendees with the latest actionable intelligence in areas such as 340B implementation and operations, compliance, contract pharmacy, inventory management, and specialty pharmacy. Federal regulators will provide updates on audits and other oversight activities at the intersection of 340B, Medicare, and Medicaid. Health providers and other experts will share their innovative approaches to using 340B to pursue such goals as ending the HIV epidemic, achieving health care equity, and attaining system-wide patient health outcomes improvement.

Conference attendees will get up to speed on crucial new 340B developments on Capitol Hill, in the administration, and at statehouses. This will include the status of legislation to overhaul drug pricing, litigation challenging Medicare payment cuts to covered entities, and proposed state regulatory changes. We will give you the guidance and resources you need to help advocate for 340B on behalf of your organizations and the people they serve.

And the conference will provide valuable opportunities for you to meet with your peers and learn new best practices through stakeholder breakout sessions, networking receptions, and vendor exhibitions.

**Please note that the date pattern of this event is Monday to Wednesday, which is different than previous winter conferences. Also, Monday is workshops only. If you are not attending a workshop, the main conference begins Tuesday morning. Please plan your travel accordingly.**
